Wilde Law is a sole practitioner general commercial practice which was established in 2009. We provide commercial legal services to small businesses and also act in an outsourced in house counsel role for larger businesses.
We believe that at the smaller SME level, in the context of general commercial advice, a lawyer with a broader spread of experience is better placed to provide concise and timely legal advice. We aim to provide this advice and the same level of personal service across the board whether we are acting for a start up business owner entering into their first lease of a small premises or an owner of a larger company on a share sale. We aim to build long term relationships with individual client’s businesses and accordingly we only take on clients where we feel we can add value.
We carry one of the highest levels of insurance for a sole practitioner in the UK and our transactional values range from £1 to £10 million. This means that our underwriters trust us and our record speaks for itself.
We work with other small specialist firms and larger corporate firms that we use in circumstances where we need external input or a second opinion, a matter is too specialist for us, a foreign jurisdiction is involved or the value is too high for us and either manage this for you or refer you directly to the relevant firm with the consistent aim of delivering high quality service and good value.
